Our commitment
Express General is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
We use semantic HTML, meaningful heading hierarchy, alternative text on informative images, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable interfaces, and clearly labelled form fields. We test regularly with automated tools and periodic manual audits.
Known limitations
Some older third party embedded content on the site (for example maps or archival videos) may not fully meet WCAG standards. We work with providers to improve these areas and prioritise fixes when they are reported.
How to reach us
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content provided in an alternative format, email accessibility@expressgeneral.com or call +1 406-438-9380. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve most issues within 30 days.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on how to make Express General more accessible. Every report helps us improve the experience for all readers.
